Terms & Conditions
The aim of Listed Heritage is to provide accommodation that is clean and comfortable and fully equipped so that you can enjoy your vacation to the full. The following terms and conditions are to ensure that our properties are kept in the condition equal to the time you arrived.
Payments £250 non refundable fee is charged to your credit card at time of booking. This is part of the total cost of your reservation. 25% deposit is payable within 7 days of receipt of the reservation form. Final Balance due must be received by 90 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within the 90 days prior to arrival, the full payment is due and payable immediately. All funds should made payable to LIsted Heritage Ltd.
Refunds In the event of cancellation refunds are subject to Listed Heritage's ability to re-rent the property for the dates you reserved. Cancellations, non-arrivals, late arrivals, early departures or alterations that result in a loss of revenue for Listed Heritage will be charged. It is recommended you take out travel insurance to cover the cost of your rental in case of cancellation.
Occupancy As listed on the reservation form. Additional persons only by prior arrangement with the Management. The renter may entertain a maximum of 4 visiting guests. No visiting guest may sleep overnight in the accommodation and if this occurs a 25% per person surcharge of the total cost of the reservation will be charged. The management also reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately without refund.
Accommodation In the event of circumstances beyond our control, the management reserves the right to substitute the accommodation for equal or upgrade if necessary.
Check in/Check out times Arrivals: On or after 3pm Departure: by 10 am
Pets Under certain circumstances we allow pets. This must be discussed with the management before arrival. In the event that the renter brings a pet without obtaining authorization a 25% surcharge on the total cost of the reservation will be charged and the management also reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately without refund.
Security Deposit Renter agrees that the credit card number provided at the time of reservation can be charged up to the sum of £500 in the event of damage or misuse occurring. Renter further agrees to be responsible for all damages in excess of this sum which will be determined if necessary by arbitration. Renter agrees that in the event of failure to agree either by arbitration, proceedings will be held in the Courts in the borough of Carmarthen. The prevailing party in any lawsuit to enforce any provisions of thisagreement shall be entitled to an award of lawyer fees, cost ofexpenses for mediation, arbitration and trial or appellate proceedings.This agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties. It may notbe changed orally, but only by agreement in writing signed by the partyagainst who enforcement of any waiver, change, modification, extensionor discharge is sought. Renters cannot assign or transfer thisagreement.
After your departure the accommodation is checked by Housekeeping. Provided the accommodation is left in a reasonable condition and no items are missing or damaged, then your credit card will not be charged i.e. a broken dish or glass is acceptable and is part of the normal every day usage. The accommodation must be left in reasonable and clean condition or extra cleaning charges may be imposed. In the event it is found the accommodation incurred careless damage, requires excessive cleaning, or has missing items, the guest acknowledges and agrees their credit card will be debited to replace said items at the fair market price. Customer agrees to pay reasonable lawyer fees and all court costs and expenses to enforce this agreement.
Our accommodations are SMOKE-FREE. Smoking inside will result in a £200 per week minimum extra cleaning charge. Please enjoy your cigarettes outside your accommodation.
Keys Renters who lose their keys or lock themselves out after office hours must phone 01558 650399 or 01558 650199 or 01550 720713. Renter is responsible for paying the call out charge and the replacement key charge.
Rate changes Rates are subject to change without notice.
On-Line booking and Information The information provided, though deemed accurate is not guaranteed. It is subject to errors, omissions, change of price or withdrawal without notice
Indemnification Listed Heritage shall not be liable to guests or to any party for any damages to property or for the injury to persons on the premises from any cause whatsoever, including defects in the premises or otherwise: guests shall indemnify and hold harmless Listed Heritage Ltd.from any and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, fees, loss of use of actions of any and any kind arising out of renters or their guests use and occupancy of the premises. The management is not responsible for accidents, injury or loss of personal belongings of any kind.
Furnishings Listed Heritage shall not be responsible for providing any additional furnishings or equipment not previously agreed to on the reservation form.
